Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray cookie sheet with coconut oil. Add ingredients to bowl and mix. Shape into 10 bars, approx. 1.5 oz. each. Coat with additional coconut flakes and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until done.
