1Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl
2Mix melted butter, yogurt, vanilla, egg yolks, and mashed banana in another bowl
3beat egg whites until stiff in third bowl
4mix liquid into dry ingredients
5fold egg whites into batter
6pour into one huge loaf pan or two smaller loaf pans (also works as muffin batter)
7Bake at 325 for about 75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry (avoid chips or it will always look like it comes out wet)
