lightly beat egg and add sugar and milk

Sift flour salt and baking powder

Combine wet and dry ingredients until just assimilated

Toss the berries in a bit of flour then fold them into the batter

Fill 12 regular/medium greased or Pam sprayed muffin cups 2/3s full.
