In small mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda and salt.

In large bowl, combine oil, sweetener, and vanilla. Note: You can use any sweetener syrup you like: glucose, honey, maple, agave necatar, corn syrup... whatever agrees with your metabolism and your taste-buds most!

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir to combine.

Add seeds, chocolate chips, nuts and coconut. Stir to combine.

Press into a 9x13 pan oiled with grapeseed oil. You may need to wet your hands to press the mixture evenly.

Bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes or until golden on top. Do not over-bake. If you used a glass pan, you can increase the temperature to 350, and they may take longer to bake.

A little goes a long way. If you only want to cook a small batch, halve the ingredients, and use an 8x8 pan.
