- mix all dry ingredients in large bowl
- add water and mix well with danish dough whisk or wooden spoon, dough will be wet and sticky
- cover and let rise 2 hours
- mold into two loaves and put in lightly greased standard bread loaf pans *or* make any shape free form loaves or divide into 4 for baguettes, use parchment paper under free form loaves
- cover and let rise 1 hour
- bake 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes until crust is medium gold brown
OPTIONAL can brush hot loaves with butter
I like thick bread slices and get about 10 per loaf.
