Cut chicken into slices and sautee in 12 inch skillet in 1 tbsp of olive oil until no longer pink in the center. Remove from pan.

Add other chopped ingredients to skillet and sautee until tender.

Add 1/2 cup chicken broth (I use organic, low sodium broth) to vegetables in skillet. Return chicken to skillet.

Sprinkle mixed dried seasonings, such as Mrs. Dash or Bragg''s Sprinkle, to taste. Add black pepper to taste.

For additional flavor, add 1/2 tsp Bragg''s Aminos (found in natural food or health food section of grocery store).

Heat until heated through. Serve over cooked rice, or alone.
