Cut peppers in half. Slightly cook in boiling water. Remove from water and place in baking pan. Brown ground turkey. Add onions, tomatos, cooked rice, and worchester sauce. Fill pepper halves with mixture, top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
