Mix crushed ramen noodles, nuts and seeds and place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees. Stir while cooking.

Mix ramen seasoning packet, vinegar and sugar. Mix well, then add oil and mix again. Add nuts

Chop and combine 1/2 head of cabbage, 1 romaine heart bunch and 1 bunch green onions.

Add ramen mix when ready to serve.
