Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 2 cups, chopped carrot,chopped 1 pound beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) potatoes cubed 1/2 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen 10 1/4 ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup, 98% Fat Free 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix 1/2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) butter Steps Sequence Step 1 brown meat in the pan 2 peel and cube carrots and potatoes. Add to browned meat 3 add cream of mushroom soup, lipton soup packet. add enough water to just cover. Simmer until done. Season as wanted
