1Soak lentils over night. Blend lentils, and flour with water and let ferment overnight. Ladle batter on a preheated skillet and smooth to a thin crepe and cook on both sides 2 minutes. Cool dosa and cut into chip shape. Fry in a preheated oil until crisp, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with salt.
