1Make dressing by crushing or processing garlic, chilis and ginger. Mix with tamarind juice, sesame oil, tamari, lime juice, agave and salt.
2Peel and julienne papaya. Toss with sprouts, snow peas, cherry tomatoes, and sesame seeds.
3Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to combine.
