Steps
Sequence Step
1Place 1/2 tbsp of butter in skillet until melted. Add onions and mushrooms and sauté until onion is translucent.
2Add 1/2 tbsp vinegar and mix well. Season with salt. Keep warm.
3Prepare buttered whole wheat toast or English muffins.
4Spray each side of microwave egg cooker with butter flavored cooking spray. Place 1/4 tsp of vinegar in each side. Add 1/4 cup of egg beaters to each side. Cover and microwave per cooker instructions.
5Add spinach to vegetables and sauté until slightly wilted. Plate the vegetables and cover with the egg. Serve with toast/English muffin.
