Recipe Description
It was a simple Apricot Oat Bread recipe i decided to tweek a little, by replacing 1/2 the flour with whole wheat and flax seeds. Im very pleased with the results.

Place Orange Juice in the Bread Machine

Add the 2tbsp of slightly warmed honey

Add 2tbsp of Coconut Oil

Mix the White, Whole Wheat, Rolled Oats and Flaxseeds together in a bowl and add to the Juice Mixture

Add the tsp of salt

Add the tbsp raw sugar

Add the tsp of cinnamon

Make an indentation in the flour and add in the bread machine yeast

On the 2nd kneading cycle, add in the 1/2c chopped dried apricots

Once the bread is finished cooking, remove promptly from the machine and allow to cool completely before serving.
