1Preheat oven to 350.
2Spray 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
4In a large bowl, beat together sugar, eggs, and butter on medium speed. Add bananas, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
5Gradually add flour mixture to banana mixture, beating after each addition. Batter will be thick. Fold in chocolate chips.
6Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely and cut into 16 pieces.
