Bring water, soup mix, and rice to boil. Boil for 10 minutes.

Brown and drain sausage. Set aside.

In same pan, saute celery, pepper, and onions for 3 minutes.

In baking dish, mix all cooked ingredients with almonds and drained mushrooms. Pour broth over the top.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
