Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. add mixture of eggs, buttermilk and oil.
Stir until well blended. Refrigerate in covered container until needed.
To use preheat oven to 400 degrees (325 for dark muffin pan).
Grease muffin pan or use paper cup cake liners and fill to about 2/3 full. Bake for 22 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.
