Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 4 cups, mashed bananas 1/2 cup Margarine, regular, stick 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweentened 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups whole wheat flour 2 cups sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons baking soda 4 large eggs 1 1/2 cups cup whole milk 2% Steps Sequence Step 1 cream margarine and sugar. Add applesauce, vanilla and banana. Add dry ingredients and then add milk. I add about 2tbsp of vinegar to the milk first.
