Heat oil in large pot over medium heat.

Add carrots and celery, stirring frequently, and cook 3-4 min

Add broth, water, salmon, cauliflower and scallions; bring to simmer

Simmer 5-8 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

Remove salmon and flake into bite sized pieces.

Stir potatoes, dill and mustard into the soup until well blended. Return to a simmer.
