1In a large bowl mix all wet ingredients along with salt, spices, and baking soda/powder. Add bran(s), flour, oats, raisins, walnuts, and apples. Mix until combined and place on greased cookie sheet. Drop in a size of hockey pucks.. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees or until lightly golden and somewhat firm. Watch carefully- DO NOT overbake.
