Pour olive oil in dutch oven pan and saute chicken, green pepper, onions and adding garlic toward the end of the 15 minutes.

Add flour, cumin and oregano, stirring the blend all and cooking an additional 5 minutes.

Add chicken broth, stir and simmering over a medium-high heat until thickened. Then add beans and remaining ingredients. Lower heat and simmer until heated through.
