This is a family recipe given to me by my husband's mother. We love it with pinto beans or beef stew. If the family is together for a holiday, it's always requested.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 10 inch iron skillet and sprinkle with about 1 tbsp. cornmeal. Place the skillet into a preheated oven until the cornmeal is evenly browned. While the skillet is heating, mix all ingredients together and blend well. Pour into the hot skillet and bake 30-35 minutes or until top is browned and the edges are crispy. Turn out onto a cooling rack and serve hot.
