1cook pasta to al dente. drain, rinse under cold water, and put in large bowl. add cabbage, carrots, green onions, and walnuts. in another bowl combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. core apple and slice into 1/4 inch strips. combine apple and cabbage mixture, then toss with dressing. serve immediately.
