1mix dry ingrediants and wet ingrediants separately, then combine. after combining add pre-soaked bulgar wheat, mix, add cherries and mix. fill muffin cups approximately 3/4 full. Bake for 25 mins. at 350 degrees. be sure to grease muffin cups if you are not using paper muffin cups. yields 20 muffins.
