Combine sugar and crisco in large bowl; beat at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, agave syrup, and vanilla. Blend until well blended and fluffy

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add gradually to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix until well blended. Divide dough into smaller portions

spread some flour on wax paper on the counter. Place dough on wax paper and roll to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with floured cutter. Transfer to ungreased baking sheet or baking stone with spatula. Place two inches apart.

Bake one baking sheet at a time at 375 for 5 to 9 minutes, less time for smaller cookies. Do not overbake. Cool 2 mins on baking sheet. Remove cookies to cool completely then frost if desired.
