Steps
Sequence Step
1Turn crock pot on high. Combine the honey, walnut oil, vanilla extract and cinnamon in the bottom of a crock pot.
2Pour in the rolled oats, flax seeds, flaked coconut and almonds.
3Cook for an hour, uncovered, stirring every 15 minutes, until toasted color appears.
4Turn off crock pot and cool granola.
5Add cranberries and store in air-tight container for up to one month.
