1Spray skillet with cooking spray, cook ground turkey. Drain black beans, Rotel and whole kernel corn, add to turkey meat. Add 3 spices to turkey and simmer while preparing the jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice. Stir into the turkey mixture and heat for 5 minutes longer. Can be served as tacos or on a taco salad.
