SEPERATE 3 WHOLE EGGS (YOU WILL BE USING ONLY THE WHITE)SAVE THE YOLKS FOR LATER. ADD ONE WHOLE EGG TO THE EGG WHITES. ADD ON TBS OF 1% MILK AND BEAT SLIGHTLY. SCRAMBLE SLIGHTLY. CHOP THE TOMATO AND GREEN ONION. ADD SPINACH, GREEN ONION AND TOMATO TO THE EGGS...CONTINUE SCRAMBLING SLIGHTLY. PULL OFF THE HEAT AND SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE
