Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms with 1 T olive oil. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions.

After onions are slightly caramelized remove onion mixture from pan place in a bowl.

Slice chicken breasts across the grain thinly and season to taste, saute chicken with 1 T olive oil>

After chicken is cooked through remove from pan place in bowl

saute spinach until limp
