Sequence Step
1Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms with 1 T olive oil. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions.
2After onions are slightly caramelized remove onion mixture from pan place in a bowl.
3Slice chicken breasts across the grain thinly and season to taste, saute chicken with 1 T olive oil>
4After chicken is cooked through remove from pan place in bowl
5saute spinach until limp
6add all ingredients
