1/4 cup butter
1/4 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
3/4 cups oatmeal
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
Preheat oven at 350°F.
Mix together in large bowl. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Drop by spoon full onto cookie sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown.
Makes 24 cookies
