Preheat oven to 350 degrees Place Oats in a roasting pan andtoast for 10 min, stirring after 5 min. While oats are toasting put together the dry ingredients. Mix together the oil, honey and almond extract in another measuring cup. The oil in the cup will help the honey not stick to the container so much.
After toasting oat stir in dry ingredients and then the wet, thoroughly coating the ingredients.
Bake for 30 min, stirring every 10 min. Granola will get crispy as it cools.
