Recipe Description This is a very basic granola. Sometimes, I add dried cranberries, blueberries or raisins. The serving size is half cup, however, I usually use just 2-4 Tbs with yogurt and fresh fruit.

Steps

1Preheat oven to 250.
2In large bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut and brown sugar.
3Combine honey, oil and salt.
4Combine both mixtures.
5Pour onto large sheet or shallow roasting pan.
6Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
7Remove from oven, allow to cool, stirring frequently.
8Optional: After granola is cooled, add 1 cup of dried fruit of your choice.
