Recipe Description
This is a very basic granola. Sometimes, I add dried cranberries, blueberries or raisins. The serving size is half cup, however, I usually use just 2-4 Tbs with yogurt and fresh fruit.

Preheat oven to 250.

In large bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut and brown sugar.

Combine honey, oil and salt.

Combine both mixtures.

Pour onto large sheet or shallow roasting pan.

Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Remove from oven, allow to cool, stirring frequently.

Optional: After granola is cooled, add 1 cup of dried fruit of your choice.
