1soak nuts and seeds overnight in same bowl
2soak raisins in 1 cup of water over night
3puree raisins and the raisin water in food processor until smooth
4add drained nuts and seeds and pulse until it resembles granola
5add salt, cinnamon, and vanilla, pulse to blend well
6spread mixture on parchment paper-lined cookie sheets and bake at 250 degrees for 50 minutes or until it reaches the your desired dryness
