Steps

1put apple cider vinegar into measuring cup
2add milk to apple cider vinegar, stir, let sit for five minutes
3mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and rolled oat in mixing bowl
4mash bananas in separate bowl until mushy
5peel skin off apples and shred
6add eggs and egg whites to milk/vinegar mixture. Mix.
7add milk mixture to flour mix, and stir
8add bananas and shredded apples to milk/flour mixture
9pour batter onto skillet until cooked
