put apple cider vinegar into measuring cup

add milk to apple cider vinegar, stir, let sit for five minutes

mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and rolled oat in mixing bowl

mash bananas in separate bowl until mushy

peel skin off apples and shred

add eggs and egg whites to milk/vinegar mixture. Mix.

add milk mixture to flour mix, and stir

add bananas and shredded apples to milk/flour mixture

pour batter onto skillet until cooked
