1Drain potatoes in cheesecloth to get rid of extra water.
2Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
3Heat the oil in a large pan on the stove.
4Spoon potato mixture by large spoonfuls into the pan and press into circles so that pancakes are at the depth you want.
5Cook until browned on one side and then turn and brown on the other side.
6Serve yummy pancakes warm!
