Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix self Raising flour, wheat germ together in a large bowl.
2Add salt to it and mix well.
3Meanwhile, melt butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a seperate bowl in the microwave.
4Add the Buttermilk to the butter mixture and stir.
5Slowly add the flour mixture and the butter mixture and mix well.
6Put in large deep oven pan and press flat.
7Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
8Remove from oven and cut in 24 pieces.
9Let it cool down then seperate the pieces.
10Heat oven to 190F.
11Place Rusks directly onto the wire racks into the oven.
12Let in dry out in the oven for 5 more hours.
