Combine all together and whisk until smooth (a few lumps are ok).

spray pan w/ cooking spray and warm over low heat. Keep heat at low or pancakes will be doughy in the middle.

Pour batter on pan/griddle. Cook until you see bubbles form on the top. Flip and cook until brown on other side. Serve warm.
