In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, canola oil. brown sugar, soymilk, and vanilla. Stir to mix thoroughly.

Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir to combine.

Stir in oats and chocolate chips.

Spread batter in baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden and top is firm.
