Sequence Step
1mix oat bran and wheat bran in a bowl, pour water over and let soak for 10 minutes. in a second bowl mix egg, applesauce, oney and vanilla extract together. in a third bowl, mix flour, ground flaxseed, oats and baking powder together and add to the wet ingredients. add bran and mix everything until the ingreidents are just blended together. stir under the fruits, fill into muffin cups and bake immediately at 375 °F for 25 minutes.
