Brown the ground beef and onion in large skillet; drain excess fat. Transfer to crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook 6-8 hrs in crockpot or if using stove, simmer for 1 hr. Top with sour cream, cheese, onions or tortilla chips.
