1preheat oven to 375 line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners
2combine the wheat bran, bran cereal, and salt in a heatproof bowl. pour boiling water on top and stir stir in milk and cranberries and set aside
3whisk splenda, egg and oil together stir egg mixture into bran mixture
4place whole wheat flour baking soda and cinnamon in a bowl and stir pour bran mixture over flour mixture and stir divide batter among muffin cups
5bake 20 minutes
