1Heat olive oil in skillet. Add garlic and kale. Saute until withered. Add yam, paprika, salt and pepper, stir. Add broth and put lid on skillet, let simmer for 10 minutes. Add quinoa and put lid on pan, simmer 10 more minutes or until quinoa is soft.
