Recipe Description This is my solution to eating a healthy well rounded hot meal during the winters in New York City. Fresh vegetables, lean chicken meat and black beans for fiber.

can (15 oz)black beans, canned, Bush's

mediumBaby Carrots (16 oz. bag)

tablespoonsadobo sauce

tablespoonred peppers (hot), crushed
Steps
Sequence Step
1clean and chop the cabbage to edible size pieces and set aside
2trim fat and cube all 3 breasts. Set aside
3chop onions and put in large pan.
4add garlic to pan
5add olive oil and cook onions and garlic until golden brown.
6add small amount of water to pan to de-glaze the pan and add the chicken and cook until done.
7clean and trim the fresh green beans and the carrots to the pan with just about 2-4 cups of water depending on liquid you like your soup.
