Drain tofu and cut into 1 inch cubes. Saute in pan with sesame seed oil until golden on all sides. Set off to the side.

Rinse residues from bok choy and cut crosswise to 1/4 to 1/2 inch.

Saute onion and garlice in olive oil until onion become translucent.

Add red and orange bell pepper (1/2 pepper each), cut into strips, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until softened but not mushy.

Add in bok choy and cook until bok choy begins to wilt. Then add back in tofu, cooking for 3 minutes more. Add sesame seeds.
