1dissolve yeast in water
2mix flour and salt in a bowl
3add yeasy and water mixture to flour
4mix on low with a dough hook until dough forms
5scrap down bowl
6mix on low for 5 minutes
7increase speed to medium for 15 minutes
8cover and let rise for 1 hour
9portion into 12 oz balls and let rest for 5 minutes
10shape into loaves
11let rise for 20 minutes in warm moist place
12bake at 475 for 20 miutes. Rotate half way through baking time.
