1Cook pasta al dente according to directions. Meanwhile, slice all of your cherry tomatoes in half and saute with olive oil and garlic until soft and the sauce has thickened. Add pepper strips, artichoke and sauce to pasta and mix. Chill one to two hours before serving. Also good in this recipe: olives, asparagus, broccoli, carrots and chick peas.
