Steps
Sequence Step
1Mash black beans into a paste and combine evenly with miso paste
2Cover bottom of a large platter or two lunch plates with tortilla chips
3Cover chips with layers of bean/miso paste, green onions, red pepper, bok choy and shredded skim mozzarella cheese
4Cover plate/s with a paper towel and microwave until cheese is melted over veggies and chips (about one minute)
5Uncover plate/s and cover warm layers with cool layers of cilantro, bean sprouts and avocado cubes
6In the center of the dish, plop on dollops of sour cream
7Cover dollops of sour cream with shredded wasabi root or two neat dollops of wasabi paste
8Cover sour cream and wasabi dollops with finely cubed bits of green chiles
9Be sure to have fun with this dish and adjust per spice and flavor needs.
