1chopped cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling water and salt.
2Allow cauliflower to cool to room temperature. Mash and add in yogurt and butter.
3Place in casserole dish, sprinkle with nutmeg and then cover with cheese.
4Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
