Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray glass pie plate or quiche dish with butter spray PAM.

Spread shredded cheese on bottom of dish and sprinkle green chilies evenly over the cheese.

Beat eggs with cream and seasonings and pour evenly over cheese and chilies mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
