Sequence Step
1Mix the following ingredients into a bowl: 1 tsp sugar 2 ½ cups flour 1 tsp salt In a separate bowl or measuring cup combine 1 cup heated water and 1 packet of Quick rise yeast (follow instructions on yeast package for water temperature) and whisk well into a mix. Add 1 TBsp Oil into yeast mixture Pour yeast mixture into the bowl with flour and mold into dough ball (not too wet – not too dry). Let rise for 30 minutes (optional)
2If using sausage or hamburger topping, brown it and drain it now. Preheat oven to 425F
3Grease Pizza Pan with Crisco Sprinkle Corn Meal lightly on greased pizza pan Spread out dough onto pizza pan Mix 6 oz can of tomato paste and ½ can water to make the sauce Ladle sauce evenly onto dough Sprinkle on Oregano, Basil and Garlic powder (I use Italian seasoning) Spread out 3-4 cups Mozzarella cheese evenly on crust Add toppings (sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, green pepper) Season again with Italian seasoning Cook at 425F for 15 - 20 minutes until cheese starts to brown.
