cup slicesRadishes, finely chopped

can (14 oz), ready-to-serveTomatoes, canned, diced, Italian-style

onion1 medium onions chopped (vidalias, mayans or walla wallas work great)

cups (8 fl oz)water

teaspoonsSpices, ground cumin

teaspoonsturmeric, ground

teaspooncurry powder

teaspoonblack pepper, ground
Steps
Sequence Step
1Puree Black Beans in canned liquid, Drain and Rinse Kidney Beans. Place in Large Pot. Add Finely Chopped Vegetables. Add 2 Cups Water and spices including Pepper. Stir.
2Heat over Medium Low Flame for 30 minutes covered. Stir Occasionally.
3Remove Cover allow to continue simmering for 20 minutes, so as to thicken a bit. Stir every 5 minutes.
4Pur into serving bowls and enjoy. May have with Pita Bread, add Cilantro if you like to the bowl. I was out of cilantro today:)
